All window and door Hardware comes with a 12 month manufacturer’s guarantee.

 

All double glazed Glass sealed units come with a manufacturer’s Guarantee of 1 year against condensation appearing inside the glass unit.

 

All our installations come with a 12 month future adjustment guarantee, if any windows and doors need adjusting within 12 months we will carry this out free of charge.

Guarantee does not cover:-

Customer removing and refitting windows and doors  

Accidental damage or misuse by the customer.

Products failing due to no maintenance being carried out by customer.
