  • UPVC Frame Guarantee: All UPVC window and door frames come with a 10-year guarantee, covering any defects in materials or workmanship.
  • Hardware Guarantee: All window and door hardware is backed by a 12-month manufacturer’s guarantee.
  • Double Glazed Unit Guarantee: Our double-glazed sealed glass units come with a 1-year manufacturer’s guarantee against internal condensation.
  • Installation Adjustment Guarantee: We offer a 12-month guarantee for any adjustments needed after installation. If your windows or doors require adjustments within this period, we will make these adjustments free of charge.

Please Note, Our Guarantee Does Not Cover:

  • Customer removal and reinstallation of windows or doors
  • Accidental damage or misuse by the customer
  • Product failures due to lack of regular maintenance by the customer
